Much time was spent on writing the site pages, explaining the program, and how it all works. So
please read over them all before emailing with questions that are probably already answered on them.
I can not explain in an email any better then it's already explained on the program pages.
2) PLEASE READ THE FAQ PAGE.
Many questions will be answered for you there. If a question is asked multiple times, a new posting will
be added. I try to keep the FAQ page updated with the most frequent asked questions. If a ticket is sent in
with a question already answered on the FAQ page, I will simply copy/paste the question and answer in reply to save time.
ONLINE BUSINESS HOURS
Monday - Friday - 7 am e.s.t. to 7 pm e.s.t. (or later)
Saturday - As my personal schedule allows
Sunday - OFF No work on Sundays.
I pretty much work and stay on line during the work week till the "wee" morning hours.
Saturday I work online if my personal schedule allows me to. Sunday is the one and only
day I use to rest my eyes and brain, and take time to enjoy my family. We ALL need a break from work.
Any contact submissions, questions, or concerns submitted during non-business hours
will be handled the following business day. Your upfront patience and understanding

my phone number would result in a never ending phone ringing off the hook daily, all hours of the night, 24/7,
therefore I request that all correspondence start through email and then if a phone call is needed I will provide
a number at that time. 99% of all questions can be answered through email during working hours in the order received.
